Biography

Laura Moliter has been in the full-time practice of spiritual healing since 1998. She began her practice in New York City, as a Christian Science practitioner. She left the city in 2001, but no one who knows her will dispute that she left some of her heart there…or took some of New York’s soul with her. She now calls Austin, Texas, her home, having discovered this beautiful, colorful city while pursuing a degree in Broadcast Journalism at the University of Texas, where she graduated with honors in 1990. Laura spent four years using her writing and speaking skills as a radio news anchor and reporter in Texas and Reno, Nevada, before responding to the irresistible call to healing work. She has also published several articles and poems in monthly spiritual magazines, self-published three books of secular poetry, including a book of sonnets, trained and performed in musical theater, and sang with blues and rock bands in Texas. Laura is now enjoying writing and singing her own songs, and harmonizing with her twin sister, a healing practice in itself.


Healing Resume

Laura has put her devotion and love into this work, but acknowledges that the healing is not a personal power, but a divine reliance, something available to us all, and which this web site is exploring and sharing. The vital element in her healing method—the one taught to her through Christian Science—is the awareness and utilization of divine Love. Laura believes that Love understood and accepted is the healer in every case.

Laura’s book, The Key to the Kingdom, describes some of Laura’s own healings and those of others she has prayed with and counseled. The wisdom of her book comes through experience and application, as well as through inspiration. In addition to the healings described or referred to in the book, Laura’s clients have found release from physical ailments, including heart troubles, breathing difficulties, a stroke, results from automobile and other accidents, flu, cold, and allergy symptoms, facial scarring, vision and hearing problems, cancer symptoms, to list a few.

Laura’s spiritual guidance and prayer has also led clients out of times of grief, legal problems, helped bring them through addictions or addictive behavior, guided them to finding satisfying employment through prayer, assisted in healing relationship problems or worries, resolved work discords, released stress, helped bring harmony to family relations, led the way to finding a home, guided clients into a sense of true self-worth and renewal, helped free them from claims of victimization and trauma, and aided in finding financial security and success…to list a few more!
